Dennis Rohan graduated with a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles. He has devoted his life career to Organizational and Human Resource Development. He has developed with patent pending the "Thought Process Development System" that organizes thought processes for creation of team competencies, communication styles, learning methods and analysis of organizational culture. Dennis has been part of the executive management team for Ford Motor Company and served as Corporate Director of Management Planning and Development for a major hospital supply corporation. He has assisted more than fifty organizations in developing their executive and management staff during his consulting career.

Linda Mae Nelson is currently enrolled in a Doctoral program in Organizational Psychology with an emphas is in Executive Coaching at The Professional School of Psychology, Sacramento. Linda started her career with a dual specialty in Psychiatric and Medical/Surgical Nursing. She served as Vice President for Nursing at Glendale Adventist Medical Center prior to establishing her own consulting firm for health care facilities which she ran for eighteen years. She has conducted national workshops and developed systems for measuring productivity and quality in hospitals. Most recently she was Chief Operations Officer of a start-up company specializing in innovative retail products. Linda was one of a team of five that invented and has multiple patents pending on a variety of leading edge products. She has now returned to specialize in the areas of Managerial Mentoring and Executive Coaching.
