The combined results of these tests give high validity for interpretation and application. Most people have a natural positive or negative bias when responding to questions about their behavior styles and career interests. Rohan and Associates corrects for these response distortions by using special indicators that allow correction for the biases.

 

Our 360 assessment process is completed through interviewing and use of a multi-level and multi-rater feedback tool. Up to five supervisors, seven peers and seven subordinates evaluate the participating manager who also rates himself/herself. The feedback is used to compare the commonalities and discrepancies between the manager’s view and the ratings of other evaluators. Individual strengths and the work context for application of these strengths is determined as a basis for career path development.
